G.R.L.-Glasrecycling wants to take care of your data and has drawn up a code of conduct for this. In the charter below you can read in detail what we do to protect your privacy, how you can have a say at any time and which checks are carried out on strict compliance with this charter.

Application

This charter applies to the collection, management and use of your data by G.R.L.-GLASRECYCLING NV. Read this privacy charter to learn more about how personal data is collected and processed by G.R.L.-Glasrecycling.

1. What information do we collect?

We collect your contact details such as your name, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and / or mobile number. We also keep track of data that we would obtain via third parties or from contracts, contact forms, surveys, promotions, commercial promotions, payment details, orders, (online) purchases, etc. If you have provided this yourself, we also collect data regarding your profession, personal characteristics (age, gender, marital status, …) and education. We may collect information about you through the use of our website, social media, email response, cookies, click-through data, navigation data and other technologies.

For professional customers, suppliers or companies with which we have or are able to enter into a partnership or commercial relationship, in addition to the data mentioned above, we also keep company data such as the VAT number or company number, the coordinates of the contact persons of the legal entity (name, function, telephone, email …) as well as the partners and / or partners in the case. Possible interests that we can meet with our services and activities are also tracked. G.R.L.-Glasrecycling does not collect personal data via external channels such as address managers.

2. Why do we collect this information?

Firstly, your data is used to correctly handle the agreement you conclude with us. In this way we can, for example, send you a digital invoice or send a package to the right address. Secondly, we use your data to invite you to lectures, participate in anonymous surveys, customer panels, inform about promotions, for direct marketing or to create profiles. By creating profiles, we can provide you with much more targeted and useful information. If you do not want to receive newsletters or information about our products and services, you can unsubscribe at any time, without motivation. You can do this by sending us an email, by indicating this in your personal settings or by contacting us. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the advertising emails. You will only receive electronic direct marketing communications if you have given explicit permission for this. You can unsubscribe from direct marketing communications at any time, free of charge. We also use your data for statistical purposes and to improve our services and products. For example, when we notice that certain products are not sold or are sold less, we can find out why. For example, we can try to improve or replace this product through market research or consumer testing. If we see that a website or a certain page thereof has a decreasing number of visitors, we can find out why. We can then adjust and improve that website so that you as a customer have easier access to the information you are looking for.

3.Cookies

G.R.L.-Glasrecycling collects your data almost exclusively through its website or when you click through on an e-mail. This is done through cookies, or through similar technologies that allow us to do this. For example, we collect your purchase data, logins, and possibly apps, etc. from G.R.L.-Glasrecycling.

You can disable the use of cookies through the settings of your web browser, but this may prevent the website from functioning correctly.

4. Management of the data bases

All personal data is managed by G.R.L.-GLASRECYCLING NV, Dellestraat 10, 3560 Lummen (Belgium). This data may be communicated within the entities belonging to G.R.L.-Glasrecycling. 5. Transfer to third parties

At no time do we sell or rent your data to companies or persons who are not part of the G.R.L.-Glasrecycling. The group considers your data as confidential information.

Occasionally an external processor can be called upon. This means, among other things, that we temporarily pass on data to third parties for certain tasks or investigations if we do not have the means to do so ourselves. If we do that, we will always ensure that your data is treated confidentially and used securely. We always record this contractually with these processors. For example, this processor will never be allowed to use your data on its own initiative and your data must be deleted as soon as that processor has completed the assignment.

6. How can you view, correct or have your data corrected?
